How long does shipping take?
Orders ship within 3-5 business days. Free shipping on every order within the United States.

Do you ship outside the United States?
Right now we only ship within the United States.

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
Email us at contacto@fovren.com as soon as possible — if your order hasn’t shipped yet, we’ll do our best to update or cancel it.

What’s your return policy?
We offer a 30-day, risk-free return window from the day you receive your item. It needs to be unused, in its original packaging. See our full Refund Policy for details.

My item arrived damaged — what do I do?
Email us at contacto@fovren.com with your order number and a photo of the item, and we’ll sort it out.

Using your Waves Vinyl Player

How do I connect it?
Pair over Bluetooth from your phone’s Bluetooth settings — no app or account needed. It also plays from a TF card or an AUX cable if you’d rather skip Bluetooth.

Does it actually play vinyl records?
No — the spinning disc under the lid is a light show (a working 78 RPM dial), not a physical record player. The sound comes through Bluetooth, TF card, or AUX, just like any Bluetooth speaker.

What lighting modes does it have?
Three: a water-rippled projection, a monotone glow, and a full RGB gradient cycle. Switch between them with the mode button on the base.

Is it battery powered?
Yes, it runs on a built-in rechargeable battery — charge it via USB-C, then play cordless anywhere in the room.

How do I clean it?
Wipe the glass lid and body with a soft, dry cloth. Avoid getting water inside the base.
